Please read these terms carefully before using Skreenshot.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Skreenshot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and/or contributors of content.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
• Download and install the App on Apple devices you own or control.
• Use the App for your personal or internal business purposes.
This license does not allow you to distribute, sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its content in any way.
3. Purchases & Subscriptions
Free Plan: The App may be used free of charge with limited features.
Pro Subscription: A recurring subscription that renews automatically. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings or our platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime License: A one-time purchase granting perpetual access to the App and all features available at the time of purchase, plus future updates.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law. For refunds on App Store purchases, please contact Apple directly.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
• Capture, record, or reproduce content that you do not have the legal right to copy.
• Infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any malicious, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, graphics, logos, and all related documentation, is the exclusive property of Skreenshot and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Skreenshot name and logo are trademarks of Skreenshot. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skreenshot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skreenshot is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
